For the spray and the inhaler, you may need prescriptions because then your addiction is likely a lot more critical.

Most smokers are able to quit after staying on the products for a while, but there are bound to be a few outside cases of guys who have tried all of that and nothing is working. In that case, you may need some stop smoking medications and perhaps psychological treatment for smoking cessation. There are a lot of such medications, especially serotonin and dopamine reuptake inhibitors such as bupropoin. And for the psychotherapy, you may have to settle for group sessions and several personal sessions with a psychologist.

And if you still can’t quit this way, what you need may not be in clinical medicine.
